I just got back from my first of many I

I just got back from my first of many I hope, trips to Italy.  I completely frogot to write down the different names of espresso brands while I was there.  So first can someone please tell me the best brand to look for and second does anyone know how they make the "cream coffee" that seems to be popular there?  It might just be a tourist thing but it was delicious !!! Thanks !
