House maintenance

Had a bit of a problem with this post. Couldn't seem to get the post content in the right place! Hoping someone can put me in touch with someone who can help with property maintenance as well as general cleaning etc in between lets. The house is near Casoli. Did you purchase? Do you like living there? There is a new project in Casoli offering club residence at Palazzo Ricci. It is restored and they are selling fractional ownership. We will heading there this November 2023 to check it out. We appreciate if you can share some facts about the area or development.

Its an interesting business idea. In Spain, "house maintenance" is (was) quite a developed business. Owners sign up on a set scale. Visits, once a week, fortnightly, once a month. A digital photo with a time stamp is then sent via e-mail to the owner proving that the property has been visited. Minor repairs are covered to an agreed sum and the owner has peace of mind that their property is being looked after. Think the going rates were around €400 per year for a weekly service going done to €100 per year for a monthly visit.

Hello All, My partner and I are moving to our house in Casoli from 3rd May and I read this thread with interest as we will also be renovating our place and may have some time on our hands to help others in the same position. I was thinking that it might be a nice idea to arrange a meet up of all of this in around Casoli over a coffee or a beer just to get to know one another and hopefully form a network of friends and support. If anyone things this is a good idea perhaps reply with a suggested day/time...

Great idea! We have been here almost four years, so you can gain from our knowledge and experience. Plus we both worked in Milan for ten years when younger.
