138 Help!!! Buying English Tickets

Hi, please I would like some information: I will be in Uk from 8th to 15th April, and I want to travel from London to Exeter by train. I went to National rail website, then to trainline.com, then to gner.com

I CANNOT RESERVE ANYTHING!!! They ask me my postcode, but I don't live in England, so the software doesn't recognize me! Moreover, I will pay via credit card, so I don't need to be Uk resident!!!

I've got a headache to reserve only one train, and I need to reserve 3...

They have an option for picking up up the tickets from a machine at certain stations - [I assume you will go from London Paddington, and they have the machines there] and they use e-mail not postal addresses to give you the ticket 'pick up code'.
