158 searching for handmade tiles from a small town in Italy

you will find that 99% of tiles are made in state of the art highly modern factories computer driven and producing all kinds and varieties of tiles.Noone would bother much hand making tiles these days unless you were prepared to spend a lot of money ( there are some very small companies around the salerno area still making limited editions of hand made tiles and ceramics but they cost a fortune i saw some at over Euro 120,00 per square metre!
However as i also needed some hand made terracotto tiles ,as all the others we had were original of the building, i have found a really good hand made tiles coming from Rumenia (but they're distributed in our area here in Italy)
a tile measuring: length 30 x width 15cm x depth 2.5/3.0cm they are undistinguishable from the original tiles cost less even than industrial equivalents and here cost Euro 0,86 + vat each.Can recomend these but i wouldn't waste time looking for things that hardly exist any more...
