How about an Italian spin on this?...

In the perfect Italy, the beaches would be from the Costa Smeralda, the landscape Umbrian, the architecture Venetian, the people Neapolitan, the food Sicilian ,the administration Bolognese and the goverment lead by Antonio Carluccio.

In Italian hell, the beaches would be Umbrian, the architecture Neapolitan, the landscape Bolognese, the food Venetian, the adminstration Sicilian, the people from the Costa Smeralda, and Bersluconi would still be primeminister!
