1288 Italian mortgages

We have a house in Le Marche without a mortgage, we could do with releasing some cash from it with out selling and are interested in the possibility of using an italian mortgage to access cheaper interest rates. We do not work or live full time in italy but we do have residency as we lived there full time last year. Does anybody have experience of obtaining a mortgage with English or Italian companies ?

If you use the Search facility on the blue bar at the top of the page and search 'mortgages' you will find a thread called 'Mortgages from Italy'. You may find some useful information there.
