1390 Italian Removal Firms

Any one know of any Italian Removal firms willing to come to the uk and move my furniture etc to Italy. I am just thinking the cost might be cheaper considering the price of petrol in the uk. A firm near Parma-La Spezia would be better I will be about and hour from there Bardi to be exact. Or anyone know of any reasonable firms in the uk.

We came over in April and used www.europeanremovals.com

You can get a quote on-line and they offer all sorts of services ( packing and providing all the boxes etc and storage ). They were a hell of a lot cheaper than all the other quotes we got.

I found the chap on the phone there really helpful at explaining it all to me as well.

There was a delay in the stuff arriving ( about 2 weeks late) but that may have been a one-off.

Thinking back , for the couple of hassles we had, it was still worth it as we saved thousands of pounds .

That's really helpful. I just did the online quote and it came out at 5310 which is 2700 less than my guesstimate. Probably added too many tea chests as well! We'll get them to give us an estimate and compare with Pickfords and Bishops Move. Suspect that the other two will be more expensive!

Sorry, but at €1.37 a litre I don't think you'll save much on the fuel prices here

Try Morley Green,(delivers regularly to Reggio Emilia area) and you may be able to share the load and cost with others.

This is my first post so I hope I am successful. I can highly recommend a company called Grayline based in the Kent / Essex area I used them last year to deliver furniture to Marche part load only found them to be more reasonable than the larger companies they can be contacted on the following no 07803014955 from memory this is the no for Andy.

Looks like the cost of petrol in Italy is almost exactly the same price in the UK circa £0.95 per litre.
