1676 Commercial property ?

Please help - does anyone know of any good websites or publications that could direct me to buying commercial property in Italy. I am specifically interested in a small bar/restaurant. All the sites I have found seem to be for residential property.

Thanks in advance,
Kelly. :)

Hi, www.casa.it have some bars etc. I am sure you probably know but just in case you don't, to open any sort of bar or restaurant, you have to do a 3 month course which is known as a REC at the Camera Di Commercio. It costs about 600 euros (well thats what it costs in Verona).

Good luck.
