1788 Buona sera from Southern Tuscany

I have been browsing the forum and discovered what an amazingly useful and informative area this.

My husband and I bought a house in Pitgliano earlier this year and it would seem from some of the stories we have heard that we have been extremely fortunate in that the processess went extremely smoothly and noone (apart from Telecom) have let us down. We are still waiting for a landline !!

It certainly helps that I can speak Italian pretty well.

We are based in London but hoping to be spending more of our time in Tuscany within the next year. Would be delighted to hear from anyone in the Southern Tuscany - Northern Lazio area.
