Thats exactly what I thought when I started learning.."leave the grammar stuff til later".. Oh how wrong I was.
How I wish now I had done it the other way around. It would have been so much easier and made greater sense if I hadn't been scared/petrified/worried I wouldn't understand it because I didn't know what a verb or a noun was.. and as for conjugation .. oh my God..
If I had done this part first.. everything else would have fallen into place so much more easily... Just a thought..
Oh ok Aliena, I'll take a much harder look at your link, best to take note of someone with experience. Yep your right I'm all that you say, scared/petrified/worried, have enough trouble with my own language let alone another! Cheers :D

Non preoccuparti, c'e' di nulla - di certo, fa niente! Vedi che sei bravissima in italiano quando tu vuoi? Capisci? :)
Alcopops? io? no.. no!! Hic! :)
Did you understand it?
Bastante bene grazie :) Pero, per vergogna, parlo meglio che lo scrivo :o
Think the bbc site is better than the other one I found. www.bbc.co.uk/languages/italian/ Makes a change than listening to Italian language CD on the way to work everyday. It must start sinking in at some point!
Thanks Aliena, need to get my head round basics before I try your suggested link. :o
