2060 Cils Exam

Hi,

Has anyone sat the CILS B2 level exam today, either in Italy or elsewhere? If so, any thoughts or reflections on how easy/difficult the various elements seemed? I'd be interested to know if anyone who's doing a retake found this year's exam easier or more difficult than last time around!

Yours, exceedingly pessimistically!

I obviously haven`t sat the exam but would love to know what it is!!

Yes us as well, cannot even guess actually. Are we displaying ignorance?

I think I can put you right there.

The CILS exam is the Certificato 'Italy' Livello Senatore -the exam which you have to take to pass from the level of Equestrian to Senator on this Forum.

The B2 level consists of a series of rigorous physical trials and mental aptitude tests by a peer group, culminating in a close examination of one's ability to consume a 7 course meal over a period of 6 hours and then drive an Api van the wrong way up a Senso Unico after drinking 4 Fernet Brancas. Not everybody makes it, but the high standards imposed assure that the quality of Senatorial comments remains outstanding.

Nothing more to be said then, except that driving in Martina Franca is probably very good practice for the necessary Api car skills!!

Oh dear, better not put in for that then!!!!!!!! When are you sitting yours Marc?
