2164 Builder in Abruzzo (Caramanico)

We have recently bought a house in Caramanico which is structurely sound. We do however need heating and electricity installing , along with a new bathroom and kitchen. Does anyone know of a good builder who could carry out this work. Important to note that we don't yet speak Italian. Any suggestions or pitfalls would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Learn Italian and you should avoid a lot of pitfalls.

Are you living in the property and require the work to be done around you?

Reason for asking I know an English builder based in Umbria who is a first class tradesman, very reasonable rates, but would need somewhere to stay locally so if you weren't living in the property he could stay on site.

(sounds dodgy now I've written it, but its not)
