The price could be anywhere from euro 500 up to euro 2000 per week depending on the look and feel of the place. If you could send some pictures I could give you an average for my area but what would be better is if you could give me or another person who does property management a tour.
You could also check other local properties to compare.
Two sites for this area would be http://www.tuscany.net/ and http://www.abvitalia.it/index_e.htm
The main season here is from Easter until the beginning of November but high season is mid summer.
Hope this helps.

A good place to look at what comparable holiday property owners are asking is Holiday Rentals.

Hi everybody
I live in Tuscany and I work for a travel agency.
The area between Castellina and Radda is highly request but also the offer is very high.
We rent a similar property near Castellina in Chianti for 3000 Euro/week/high season but they have a pool and like tuscanhills say, pool is a must.
We receive several request from owners who desire to rent their villas, and the first thing we ask is, there is a pool ?
In our catalogue, we have more than 100 villas in the countryside, only 10 of them without pool and they are let when the villas with pool are fully booked.
The area where your villa is located don't make many problems if you want to build a pool, so think about it.
A villa with 4 bedrooms/4 bathroom with pool could be let for 25 weeks every year, with a medium price of 2200 Euro/week make 55000 Euro/year.
A villa without pool, can reach 10 to 12 weeks every year with a medium price of 1600 Euro/week
My suggestion is, try to send an email to the travel agencies related to Tuscany, not catalogue like Tuscany.net or holiday-rentals.com and see what they say.
Ciao
Ste
