Excellent. San Michele is about 5 minutes away from my house so I'll have a look around on my bike for the shop and hopefully find what I'm looking for. Thanks.

Found this little one but there are more expensive ones too.

There were lots of styles when we were looking, better than the one in the pic but have no idea how good they are.

Last year Azzurrito (not sure of spelling) in San Michele Salentino had some lovely stoves - haven't looked this year - they do deliver locally
