Try Dave's ESL Cafe and/or TEFL.com; not sure what they might charge but good worldwide circulation. If you just want teachers already in Italy then I suspect there will be other sites which might be better.

I'm a TEFL qualified teacher living in North of Italy and my wife is a qualified (B.Ed Hons) primary teacher (Key stage 1 & 2). What posts are you asvertising?
