Haven't yet been to Bergamo but it's on my list of places to visit. We had a choice between Bergamo & Rome for our February trip - and decided to head for Rome!! Never mind, we're planning to go by car to northern Italy in the early summer and Bergamo's on our list!

Piazza Vecchia in Citta' Alta (the high city) in Bergamo is one of the most charming squares of Italy. It deserves a visit!
