Only if you promise to wear your briefs outside your trousers Steph!
This is Marc reporting for duty, Ronald. The first time in my life I've ever embraced the concept of moderation in any form, but I guess its never to late to start ;-)

Quick Guide to Moderating

Thanks to all of you for joining. Here are just a few quick pointers about moderating.
Editing a post
-------------
To edit any post just click on the edit button. The first screen is the "quick edit screen" - if you want more flexibility and the usual editor or the ability to change the title of the post click on Advanced Editing.
What to edit
-------------
Anything obscene, insulting, etc should be removed. We are not going politically correct overboard but try to use judgement as the limit. Check with other moderators if not sure.
Also anything clearly commercial should be removed. People can promote their companies in signatures and if someone is a seasoned poster who has contributed in multiple other posts in diverse subjects they could be allowed the occasional plug. Once more solicit the opinion of others if in doubt.
Threads
--------
A very important job is making sure that threads are where they should be and that content is presented in the most efficient way possible.
Once you are viewing a thread click on thread tools and you will see all the options. They are all self-explanatory and I would suggest you give them a spin and then ask questions.
Do not impose yourselves
------------------------
A moderator should try to be as impartial as possible. Do not use the moderating "power" to settle arguments. If you are directly involved in an argument (hopefully not!) and you think moderating is required call someone else.
That's it for now! Any questions just shout.
