2551 House but no Avatar

Hi All

Well that's the easy bit done, signed rogito on Wednesday, but we still can't get an avatar next to our name. :D

We would like to thank everyone on here for their advice & comments.

btw the notary used the same scale of fees as notaio posted including the 20% discount.

Yes he did laugh after the initial shock reaction. :eek:

For others who are not in the know, the notary made an error in the address of one of the parties, so had to go and type the whole document again. :(

He brought it back in looking a bit flustered at the delay, and just as he sat down one of the vendors announced that his address was wrong too..

The look on his face was priceless til the vendor smiled at him. Everyone was laughing although the notary was slightly delayed in his.

you were lucky...despite everything being written down for him it took three attempts to get the paperwork right.... and it was all typewritten so took hours... and he wasnt as pleasnt sounding as yours...no sense of humour at all...
