2586 Fastweb - any comments?

I'm investigating Broadband for my rented flat which I take over in March. Has anybody got any comments on the above broadband/telecomms provider? The website seems reasonable to navigate compared with many Italian sites - but what's their service like?

My sister uses it for web and phone calls without problems.
You only need to verify if the place you're going to rent has that service

We use FastWeb in Venezia. They offer phone service, internet, television/cable, etc. Don't have to go through Telecom Italia. We only use phone and internet - we don't have any problems with the internet service, better virus protection, etc. It's great. The only problem is dealing with the service reps over the phone. They are slow and you have to be very insistent and call every single day! Once the service is running though, no problems.
