Does anyone know whether it would be possible to create underfloor heating with a hydro based pellet stove? Are there any companies that install these systems

Normally can do anything. The main issue is that the water temp from the boiler is around 80 degrees. For underfloor, it needs to be 40-45degrees. If it's higher, the floor gets too warm and you get a temperature difference between your head and feet which is too large and makes you feel uncomfortable.
The normal way to overcome this is to mix some of the return water back in as this will obviously be cooler.
