Is there a kind person in Puglia who could give a home to a lovely dog (the girls have named him Syrius). He`s a gun dog, brown & white - probably a pedigree (he`s got a docked tail) and he arrived in our garden (without an invitation!) last week. He`s very lovely but our other male dog doesn`t appreciate his presence and he`s the sort of dog that likes to chase cats for sport. I think he has probably run away from home as he cowers if you tell him off (although it doesn`t stop him chasing our cats). We`ve tried putting him outside the gate but he just keeps coming back! He`s got to go, but I`m a bit reluctant to take him to the local kennels so I thought I`d ask on the forum first and give him a couple of days` reprieve. Any takers?:(
