2752 car purchase

good evening all,

we are moving to Calabria in March and will need to purchase a car, do you still have to be a resident to be able to purchase or has this changed?

this subject has been discussed to death on this forum and if I was feeling lazy I might suggest that you look at the green bar at the top of the page where there is a search button, search for "car"+"permessso" and read up on those threads...and then simply wish you good luck but I am not feeling lazy this morning and have done the search for you please read the posts by Paula Hampson and myself on the following thread:

We were able to but our car with a permesso di soggiorno.

I knew one could sell a passport on the black market for a good price but never imagined a PdS could buy you a whole car.
