2811 Authentic Desert Recipes from the Rome, Lazio Region

Hello, my daughter is currently studying Italian and she has decided to base her Oral coursework on Rome. She's desperately seeking any authentic desert dishes, from Rome/Lazio region, that she could present to her class for some more brownie points!

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we're not that familiar with the food from that region.

Here is a website that has recipes of Antique Roman Dishes. There are quite a few Roman desserts, and there are explainations of some ingredients used.
