I'm unclear of the scoring system. If you are really quick on your keyboard, won't it be possible to pick up points for being 2nd or 3rd, even when you don't know the answer until the 1st one appears?:) Or are we to be honest?:rolleyes:

Ah.. if you don't know the answer.. how do you know the first answer to appear will be the [B]CORRECT[/B] answer? :p

You can be honest and smart if you want.. by swotting up for the next couple of days.. or you can do it Italian Style.. and take a chance! :D

Tinker ended up with minus 42 points for thinking every answers was 'balls'.. Dave googled his way through most of it.. Giovanni sulked 'cus there were no questions about football.. Trulli kept sneezing.. and Andy threw his keyboard up in the air when he scored.. much to the amusement of everyone there.

Special mentions also go out to Iona, Fiona Bower and also to Rina.. as our most senior member for taking part.. and an extra special big thank you to the molto gentile Signore Notaio for keeping the scores!

Was a fun competition and I wish I could've 'postponed' my parma ham & basil chicken dinner until afterwards... though I can't really complain... I wasn't the one doing the cooking!! ;)

sulked? thats an understatement.... hardly had time to read questions,and
people where sending their bloody answers!
being as it is a quiz, then maybe everyone should be forced to use one finger
for typing....otherwise i may just have to use the banned one finger approach.......:)
