2911 Hi,

I'm Ciaran and I just wanted to say hello. My wife Anne & I have been going to the lake Garda area for 15 years or so and recently bought a place in Malcesine. We live in Wicklow Ireland, just south of Dublin. I work in the city but I check the lakeside webcams almost daily - just to check the weather :)

Welcome to the forum, Ciaran!

Lake Garda is a beautiful area which we briefly visited last year - not enough time to appreciate it all, though. Got to go back again, methinks.

It seems that you're very lucky where you live anyway ... I went to the Wicklow area 10 years ago ( :eek: ) while on a 4-week tour of Ireland and loved it! Have wonderful memories of staying at a cozy B&B shrouded in mist... and getting busy emptying their wine cellar!! :)

I'm also working in the city [probably not too far from you] and we live in Meath, near Navan. My wife's name is Ann and I'm also checking webcams on a regular basis! Scary!
Anyway, Malcesine is a lovely spot. Passed through there a few years ago and went up the mountain in the cable car etc.
I'm flying off to Pisa tonight for the weekend. Can't wait!
