Hi Marco_Italia!
How are you? Like you I am very new to the forum and still finding my way around. :) I am thinking about visiting Roma in June and I was wondering where you stayed or if you could recommend anywhere to stay?

Hi Jadine,
I hope Marco's got some good advice for you. For more information about trips to Rome, you can do a search (dark green tool bar)... or check out these links ... http://www.italymag.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=2674 and http://www.italymag.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=2344&highlight=Roma (some tips for places to stay here...).
We stayed at Hotel Des Artistes (www.hoteldesartistes.com), a basic but nice & clean 3 * hotel near Termini station. This is a hotel and hostel so it will be busier in the summer than it was in February. Not to everyone's taste but it is an excellently run family business!
Enjoy planning your trip!

If there are 4 of you - you get the apartment - cost me £19 pp pn
2 bedrooms bathroom and your own kitchen - sure the owner comes to prepare breakfast - but generally - it aint just a bedroom
see my other posting about this place - other peoples views - judge for yourself
