i think this is like the year end fiscal form to complete if you are self employed and have an income in Italy?

The settequaranta no longers exists, having been replaced by the modello unico, though many still refer to it as the settequaranta (740). It's an income tax return.

Sarah is spot on. You might consider having it filled by a commercialista, as it can be quite complicated to do it yourself if it is the first time!
