Can it be used on an Italian TV? Carolyn

Haven't had a look at the make of the dvd player in question but I bought a philips from Tesco at Christmas time for film-mad other half and that works perfectly in Italy. (It was about 40 quid if I remember rightly)
Would have thought anything up to date would work fine in most of the EU these days (but that's just my opinion and experience of our particular buy :) )

Auchan have a DVD player on offer for about E39,90 ..not as cheap as the Tesco one...but not bad...mind you they have really come down in price over here now haven't they.

Theya also have some DVD films in one of the bins @ 99 cents each ..in Italian and English.

Lynn, Auchan are selling the same one up here for 29.99 at the moment, they probably know that you lot can afford the extra tenner though, LOL ;) :)

Actually think it was E29,99 now you mentionit...muddling up with the Computer protector at E39,90.

Watched one of my 99 cent DVD films yesterday...suppose to be The last year of Princess Dianas life when she was with Dodi up to her death......cover said so and so did label on disc....BUT it was actually just as the marriage started to go wrong up to the seperation.....just thought i'd warn you ...you may not get what you think !!!!!:eek: ...still at 99 cents for a dual language DVD ...can't be bad :cool:

And, you can always hang it from a tree to scare the birds of your vegetable crops once you've watched it.... Ohhh b****r gone off the thread I started...
