There are lot's of interesting subjects and threads to check out in all areas of Italy. The cooking threads are some of my favorites too. If you go to the uppermost dark green stripe at the top of the page you should find the search link. Just type in what you might be interested in ( like pasta ;) ) and you should be given all the discussions regarding the subject.
