3120 Help! - Geometra needed in Sicily

Hi there,

I have found a rustico near Taormina in Sicily. I need some good independent advice on three items

1. If we can extend the Terrace and build a basement underneath
2. If we can enclose the current Terrace with some folding wooden doors (ie not a fixed structure)
3. Some help with the correct valuation (as it is possibly a little overpriced)

An English speaking Geometra would be great! Can anybody recommend anybody?
