I have gathered that - he seems quite upset when we suggest that would be buyers approach banks directly...

I have wondered if the poor English is genuine or an affectation?

Hi Folks. I'm a little out of the loop here as I've just returned from a few days in Venice.

Ugo lives a couple of miles up the road from me, but I've never met him. After his first few posts, which blatantly plugged his mortagages, he seemed to tone down the commercial message and stick to genuinely informative material, but if neccesary, I can pay him a visit and ask him to play fair.
