3142 Coming Clean

Hello all, I have been gleaning infomation from the forums for these past two months and have found it to be a great help answering all the questions that a 1st time purchaser has, in fact there were answers to things that I had not even dreamt of,(enough of that ). At long last I have registered and look forward to parcipitating in the various discussions.
So armed with my lists of facts and figures my wife and I visited Giulianova two weeks ago and managed to locate a property. I can happily announce that we return this week to sign the compromesso, it will be tempting fate to give anymore details before we sign on Friday.
I am early retired and my wife having worked in Rome many years ago has retained the language which of course has helped a lot. Having seen parts of the Abruzzo region and met some of the people in the wind and rain of last month we were left open mouthed at the scenery and the helpfulness of the people. The spring,summer and autumn must be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
So we have lots to look forward to.
