3250 Have Found A Place - Need Help!

I have found a place that I am 98% interested in on the Abita Italia website - I have rung them and left a message, sent an email (both last week) and have been trying to get through to them this week again but no luck.

Does anyone know the people who run this agency or have any advice on how to contact them?

Sano, sorry I can't help specifically, but in my experience, despite how high-tech these websites like to look, replies to enquires can come weeks, or even months after you've made them. Sometimes they never come at all.

If you're fluent enough to 'phone them, then that's probably the best way.

Of course, as to whether the property on the site actually exists, or is for sale, or at what price....well that's another matter all together ;)

Have you got a website address for them? I could only come up with an agency called Abita (based somewhere round Sondrio), which published phone and fax numbers - if that is the one try faxing them!!

When we were contacting agents we found that telling them we were coming out to view properties in the next couple of weeks (whether or not we were:) ) resulted in a much prompter response!

I have been trawling websites and magazines for years and this is the first place that has stood out as being well worth a look. Size, configuration, location and price are all nearly a 100% match to what I am looking for.

I will keep pestering them and hope it is available and that the price is negotiable...

The website I have is www.abitaitalia.com and it is a combined phone/fax number.
