You are a tiny bit impatient, but, hey there's nowt wrong with that chuck...:)

Hurrah...they're not dead then !!!!!

NOW...Hydrangias ......bought 4 this year......3 nearly died but managed to save them..just... but now very tiny !!!

Last week bought an absolute beauty in the market...big with lovely whitish/creamy flowers. Put it in ....within a day looked like it had died !!! Put Peat in ( book said they like Peat ), recovered slightly then ...fine in the morning but as the day goes on looks sadder and sadder until by evening it looks like it's gonna die !!!! Recovers overnight !!!..then we start again....What's that all about then ?? ....moved it from a sunny spot to a semi-shade spot as book said doesn't like direct sun...no better ...still performing as above !!!:( .

I water it , feed it, read it stories, sing to it ..and still it treats me like this !

Now what is it playing at . .....is this another attempt just to drive me crackers ...or is it just having a laugh !!!!!;)

Any help, advise as usual greatly recieved...it was soooooo beautiful when I bought it..it looked like a wedding.

Change a third of the compost for peat, keep it shaded and DAMP, not wet, let it sort itself out, nature's a wonderful thing when left to get on with it...;)
