That really does look "a steal". Brand new castle, 210 sq m, 30 car parking spaces, elevator - worth taking a hard look at for those contemplating buying a pile of stones to reconstruct............. I wouldn't like to have to build that castle today for the asking price??

Wonder what the snag is.......:)

I personally don't have any interest in this place, but thought it was a good example of another castle. I saw it when passing through this agents website and remembered was fairly priced. Piemonte is a lovely region.
