3688 accomodation in lunigiana

Proud of myself for finding some cheap flights with Ryanair, i am now looking to get some advice on accomodation in the lunigiana area.
We will only be staying for a few days (wed-sat), enough to have a look at some property. so we are thinking a small hotel or possibly an agriturismo.
Most importantly our kids are only 2 & 4 and love being outdoors, so somewhere with a bit of a garden would be essential.

Any ideas?
:)

I could recommend any of the following places we stayed in when we were looking:

http://www.specialplacestostay.com/search/display.php?FileID=IT1378 Villa Mimosa is a B&B near Bagnone run by a British couple with the option of adding other meals. While not an agriturismo they do have a pool and some nice scenery around. It wasn't the cheapest of the places we stayed but we liked it the best.

We also stayed in two different agriturismi, Il Bardellino http://www.ilbardellino.it/eng/ and La Praduscella http://www.lunigiana.net/agriturismi/praduscella_en.htm both fairly near Fivizzano. Both have pools and fabulous views. Of the two I would say Bardellino is more spacious but the food is marginally better at Praduscella. In both of these places english is not spoken much so you may need to have some Italian to feel really comfortable, but with little kids you should be made to feel extremely welcome in either place.

We also stayed a few times at Albergo Mauro in Barbarasco http://www.lunigiana.net/albergo_mauro/default.htm but this is really a small hotel with a terrific restaurant. Not sure if the kids would be as entertained here. This place definitely needs Italian (although they are getting more Brits, I've noticed, so maybe they will become bilingual).
