I just don't know what to do for the best regarding health care in Italy.
I hear so many different stories and get so much different advice that I am not sure whether to take out private health care or not when my family and I move in the summer.
Some say as long as your illness is not 'self inflicted' then it is generally free, but others say don't leave the UK without it. We have 3 young children so they are obviously are main concern.
What have others done about this, I don't want to throw money away if additional insurance is not nescessary? Any advice would be very gratefully received.
Kind regards to all

Ask yourself just one question. Do you have private healthcare insurance in the UK?
