3758 Back from Florence ....

Just got back from Firenze , 3pm Yesterday...... I had a great time !

Friday : Flew into Pisa airport , ended up going straight to the Leaning tower , went up it , a bit scary You could see the whole of Pisa it was great .

Saturday : Went of saw all the sites , David , The Duomo , La Academica .

Sunday : Went to Arezzo on a day trip to see Arezzo vs. Cesena (Serie B , i love Italian footy) game finished Arezzo 1-0 ,, the 'Ultras' where more exciting than the first half . First half was boring…second half a GOL !! And then a sending off for Arezzo , though Cesena looked dangerous and hit the post . Serie A next season is a possibility for Arezzo . Every shop was shut on Sunday afternoon and ended up finding a little cafe , had a really cr@p lunch  , Rock hard pizza !

Monday : Did a bit of souvenir shopping for family , went to the , Piazza Michelangelo Ponte Vecchio .

Tuesday : Came home to a wet and dull Glasgow .

I'll be watching out to see how Arezzo Calcio do now ! Florence is a small but beautifull city . I like Arezzo though ,, i would like to live there when i'm older . :)

not yet

Sounds like a good trip Marco... glad you enjoyed!! :) Shame about the bad pizza though...

You wouldn't by chance describe Scotland as 'chilly' on your return home?

~looking around for blanket~ ;)

Mah - perche Arezzo for when you are older??!! Bad pizza, shut shops - who needs that? Don't punt your future on one football match :) :)
