"Signing this contract will result in the termination of the current contract in the name of another person. The consequences of your doing this "too early" are at your own risk." The current contract is for a monofase 6.0KW supply, and you have a remotely readable meter installed.
By the way, for the residence from the point of view of ENEL you must have enrolled with the comune as a resident within a period of SIX months.

Tell them yu are domestic non resident - it makes very little difference to the price.
When you posted asking for the resident translation, you said at the bottom of the post that you had 6.0KW - presumably this information came up on the ENEL site. You certainly don't want a three phase supply!
I have looked at my meter, and it doesn't tell me whether I have 3kW - or if it does I can't find it!
