465 What have I taken on ?!!

Hi, for some reason the restoration of my grandmothers farmhouse in the Val Taro area of Emilia Romagna seems to have been turned into my job by the rest of my family so it is with heavy heart that I am resigning myself to many days and weeks in the Italian sunshine being forced to survive on a diet of local food and wine struggling to cope with the demands of market days and coffee in the shade of the cobbled streets.... ;) . The rest of the time I live in London and moan about the food and weather!! Expect many woeful postings requesting information - I'll share any that I come across that might be useful....

OMG, Mark, the pressures that families place on one, your best bet will be to complete the work as quickly as possible and escape back to London with it's weather and food and social scene, you poor thing... ;) ;) ;) :D
