AC Milan have bought back the half of Genoa and Italy striker Marco Borriello they did not already own.
Milan gave Genoa 7.5 million euros in cash plus co-ownership of young striker Davide De Gennaro.
While on loan to Genoa, Borriello scored 19 goals to force his way into Italy's Euro 2008 squad.
The Borriello deal coincided with the arrival in Florence of Alberto Gilardino, sold by Milan to Fiorentina on Wednesday.
