I finally got my inscription into the Italian health service on an indeterminate basis yesterday - hoorah!

The floor in our house really needs replacing - we have had a few bits repaired and it is all starting to look a little patchworked ! We have been given a quote of €100 per Sq Mtr for replacing the floor battens, the floorboards and varnishing it. Does this seem a reasonable quote ?

I have an old house, over 150 years old that I have owned for more than five years. I want to put it on the market but I need to know if I need a certicato agibilita or anything about the energy rating. I had the inside only renovated and had all the permissions etc from the comune, but I did not have any certificates. Do I need to go back to my geometra and get one? Do I also need an energy rating?
