buying wine

Submitted by rashkarl on

you all know that wine it's a special beverage, well-known from the ancient period...you can even say that wine is the drink of the Gods...however, selection of wines is very high, and it is very difficult to choose one, when you come into the store...
that's why I would like to share with you an article I found:
What do you need to know when buying wine?

Prima casa again

We have had our house here (prima casa) since September 2007. We now want to return to the UK but we are not going to sell our house, but retain it as a holiday home. If we deregister at the commune immediately will we have to pay seconda casa tax, either in full or part? Or should we wait and deregister in September when the 5 years is up?

Any help or advice gratefully received.

Steve

Hi Its me again! I do find this forum so useful.
As I said in my previous post (is it too much?) we moved into our house in November and we have found it quite an experience so far. We've had flloods, landslides, an earthquake, deep snow resulting in the mains water pipe freezing in the road and so we had no water. We have waited three months for a telephone line and ADSL which we finally got connected yesterday:-) very slow internet but who cares? Has it put us off? No we still love it here.
