If you don't get a recommendation. Have a look at those in the yellow pages here (paginegialle LINK - https://www.paginegialle.it/ricerca/banca/aula) , then do a search on any of them. A quick look for Unicredit gives you this https://www.unicredit.it/it/privati/conti-correnti/tutti-i-conti.html
Like the UK does not have many banks using Italian, I doubt you will find one here in English. You quickly get used to it and using Google tranlate, as bad as it is, does help.
Hi! Try this one: http:/

You could try ING Direct, it's all web based so no need to go to a physical bank, also the low use accounts are totally free to use.All in Italian but Google translate seems to cover it OK.https://www.ingdirect.it/conto-corrente-arancio/come-aprire-conto-corrente-arancio.html

Thank you for letting me know what kind of bank I have,by the way, all the banks charge you monthly, as I said here in Italy are not very good like abroad,I actually know how much I spend, which is like 5 euros per month, then if you are under 25 years old and 5000,00 € everything is free.BancoPosta maybe is the better solution, in fact, my partner spend less money at the post office,In the end, if @Darren will need help for this I'll be glad to do it, as I know very well the area of Lunigiana and lot of people in the bank's environment
