Hello Nancy, Why not get an Architect or Geometra or Engineer to organise getting several quotes from local builders, and then run the ensueing job, letting you know how things develop so as you can control crucial issues as works develop. I am an architect and that is the service that I deliver to my oversea clients, unfortunately I am in North Italy many miles from Praiano, and I would not be able to offer you a cost effective service.
