I have a Junkers central heating water boiler which I would like to have serviced. I have been trying for a couple of years to find a registered plumber with them but nobody seems to be able to help.
I did ask this question once before...I have a property which is insured at the moment (buildings/contents/public liability) through a UK company. There is not a company in Ireland where I reside at the moment who covers foreign properties.
I live in the Republic of Ireland and am having difficulty obtaining Public Liability Insurance for my property in Italy. Can anybody help. My Italian is limited for completing a form on line.
Was about to look in that area myself for winter stay (already have a property in Emilia Romagna) which is fine for the summer but very cold. Am very interested in how many expats from the UK are in that area? Can anyone help. Also agree with above comment you need someone independent to translate on your behalf. My documents are in both Italian and English. Good luck!
The problem is finding a company here. All the ones that come up on my computer state you must be a UK resident. In Ireland I have been informed they only cover properties here and one needs to go to the country where the property is situated. I will take your advice and ask my Bank when I am there in July. I would have liked to sort this out however before I go. I was with Intasure last year but they have increased their quote for this year over €222 and as I am only there a few weeks have had to let my policy lapse.

Thank you so much - quite a difference to the £400+ I have been quoted. I will certainly try them.
