Can anyone recommend a hotel in Milan which is handy for the main station, ideally somewhere small and interesting, rooms around £100 a night? Thanks Am
I gather there is an Italian ATC strike today between 1200 and 1600 which has stuffed a lot of flights - does anyone know if more of these are planned and if likely dates are posted anywhere?Thanks Am

Thanks, that all sounds good, I checked out the adventure tours and I think they are nearly 4 hrs which is a bit long underground for me. The round trip's got to be the way to go, much nicer than there and back journeys I think. Looks like its only about 15 mins longer to come back across country to our place so thats fine.Cheers, looking forward to it now.. Am.

Happy bday Moxie!Twas great to meet a few of you at the picnic last month.Would love to be there for the barbie too but alas will be in Uk. We are coming out on a bit of a surprise trip next Tue to Sat so poss meet up with some of you then? If anyone fancies coming round for a dip you're most welcome, sposed be getting rather warm next week I hear. Am x
