Thanks a lot Chris, I would assume it's near the €1000 mark each, but I'd have to get quote. Not exactly sure what the 2015 rules are, and what Cameron changed, I'll do a bit more digging. We've had a house for a while but always wondering if feasible to stay permanently or not.Cheers Russell
I suppose so, but the great thing about being in Italy is that you can be 75, wear a lime green puffa jacket and tight orange jeans and nobody will bat an eyelid.
Roundup and many other DIY pesticides contain Glysophate, made by companies like Monsanto, who created Agent Orange for the Vietnam war which not only cleared entire forests, but left Vietnamese with horrendous physical deformities and illnesses.Think very hard before you put poison onto plants, even if they are weeds.http://www.i-sis.org.uk/Glyphosate_and_Cancer.php
Italy is a beautiful place with a much better social acceptance of people of all ages, unlike Britain where anyone over 45 is considered an old fogey and forced to wear beige.

Look very closely at labels underneath strimmers, STIHL was a great brand but now some products made in China.

Yes, I had this too and insurer said it will become commonplace with all in EU soon.
