Just Curious....I am curious what are the oldest properties owned by posters here. We have purchased a very old property which is "chained" / vincolati .
I have been having trouble logging in. I asked for a password reset and found that my user name had been changed. It's now my usual name ..."+c". I did not make or request this change. Has this occurred for anyone else?
Hello, I was a sometimes user of the Forum. I found a lot of the information shared very useful.I live in New York City. I work on Broadway as a theatre electrician.
Hi, Kasper, thank you for your reply. We are do-it- ourself-ers, for the joy of it. Since posting I've heard that we can pull off ivy ourselves but may need permission to cut down saplings. It does make sense that we may need to pay a fee if dumping more than normal at the municipal site.We do have a geometra and manager for the big works. This is our inaugural first step towards restoration and we can't wait to start.best wishes,Jane
Lungarotti is the largest winery in the Perugia region of Umbria. Their wines are readily available in the US. Also look for Sagrantino Di Montefalco wines for a lovely, hearty taste. The Cantine Aperte weekend in the Montefalco area is the last weekend in May. Orvieto Classco is easy to find too. Happy tasting!
