I'm not sure if you have visited Enoteca La Grotta in Penna, well worth it when he is open, he (Leonardo )gets all of his cheese(s) there. S
I think (THINK cos I do not KNOW), it is the tax deductable costs/insurances/interest/allowances where you would fall down on......... I'm sure the experts will advise ! S
Unfortunately, the 'interpretation' of pretty much everything in Italy is here on this mag...................take it all as advice and check things out for yourself................there is SO MUCH help here, but it is often down to Interpretation !! S

I have to say, although I don't know alan h at all, he has consistently recommended superb and detailed locations to stop off at. He should be followed ! Whilst not for your route at the mo, we REALLY enjoyed Bolzano (if you decide to detour a long way around !!) S
Ugo, Agreed, sadly, as much as I am prepared to try, I will never understand the Italian language as well as the English language. The simple online translations that are available are a great help to me, especially as I can tweak the proposed translation to suit my own understanding. In cases of dealing with anything serious, I would always look for a more experienced translator. S
Translation is not BAD............interpretation is the major variable, common sense is the best policy ? S
